After a number of emails regarding lengthy maintenance works and the condition of the roads on the Model Walk Estate in Creswell, I contacted Gleeson Homes who have provided the following update:
‘’By the way of an update we can advise that all manholes will be attended to and ramped by the end of the week.
We are waiting for core results to come back from the council and once approved we can final surface/complete the full scheme. We expect this to be started 09/02.
An electronic update will be sent to all residents today.’’
I’m delighted these issues have been resolved and I am grateful to Gleeson for communicating the plans with residents.
