I’ve just received this lovely email from a resident in Clowne:
“Thank you for your letter regarding the potholes in Clowne, and the work you are doing to help rectifying the problems. The work on Boughton Lane has now been done and it is good to be able to drive along there without damaging the car or injuring one’s back. The work you do is greatly appreciated.”
I’m glad to see the large one on Boughton Lane has now been fixed by DCC after I escalated it a week or so ago. I know there’s more work to do, so I’ll keep reporting potholes, following up on enquiries, and requesting roads for resurfacing.
