Earlier this month I met with a resident from Bolsover who runs Trident Aid, a charity which delivers humanitarian support to the people of Ukraine. Their next project is to deliver more medical aid to cities and villages, near the frontlines, to help the people who are left and most in need, including the elderly, disabled, and children.
Hi my name is Dafydd Humphreys. For a year I have been delivering humanitarian aid to Ukraine ranging from hospitals to distribution charities. We (Darren Keyworth and I) have just formed "Trident aid Ltd". We were working with another group but we now take aid to places that others do not go to such as Zaproże, Izium and Marganec. In these areas the people who are left include elderly, disabled, children etc. We willingly risk our lives to help these people but we need to fund cars and aid. £3000 will fund about two missions of vehicles full of medical aid etc. A lot of the medical aid will be supplied by a group called Puma and the funds we raise will be used to provide none medical aid.
