It was great to visit the Castle Homes Chesterfield Ltd, Swan Way Courtyard development, in Bolsover yesterday morning. The development, which lays between the White Swan public house and the 19th Century Dane Bank House, hopes to eventually offer 18 apartments around a communal courtyard. The development is making a real difference to the look and feel of the market place. Currently 4 properties have been renovated from the original buildings, and 4 are newly built in keeping with the original style. It is great to see this investment and improvement in Bolsover town centre, providing more affordable homes in a fabulous location.
