Great news today as the contact form for the new Treeline Dental Practice in Bolsover is now live!
Those wanting to express their interest in being treated at the practice should complete the form found online at
treelinedental.co.uk/new-patient-registration
(Note: when signing up, you may need to change the US flag next to the Phone number to the UK flag )
Soon, a telephone number will also be made available for those wanting to register their interest over the phone. I will post details as soon as I have them.
Please note that the practice is not yet open for treatment and you can only express your interest at this stage. The opening date for the practice has not yet been confirmed but I will share this as soon as I receive confirmation.
Once the practice does open for treatment, children and those with urgent dental needs will be seen first.
Once the practice is ready to commence routine work, hopefully by June, it will expand to undertaking a full range of general dentistry on the NHS, as well as private cosmetic and general dentistry.
Appointments will not be offered on a first-come first-served basis.
Once you submit your details no further action is needed and you will receive an appointment in due course once those with greater priority have received the treatment they require.
I can confirm the practice will be open from 9am until 6pm on Monday to Friday.
I have also received confirmation that those formerly registered at the Bupa practice will have their patient information transferred over to Treeline at a later date. These people will then be contacted in the usual way to book a recall appointment once space is available. If you would like to register your interest before then, you are welcome to do so using the contact form above.
If you have further questions about the new practice, the Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) has this morning published a Frequently Asked Questions page on its website. You can find this at
http://joinedupcarederbyshire.co.uk/.../new-provider-of...
This has been in the works for the best part of a year and follows discussions between the service provider and the ICB on the back of my meetings with the ICB, Ministers in the Department for Health and Social Care, nearby dental providers and NHS England. I am thankful to all those involved in getting the practice up and running as quickly as possible.
This is a real win for the town and I look forward to visiting the practice as soon as possible to meet the staff.
