On Friday Mark had the chance to meet with Blackwell Parish Council to discuss some of the issues that are affecting residents within the Parish.
Mark discussed HS2 and its potential inoculations that it would have for the area, as well as bus services that currently serve Hilcote, which Mark has been working with residents on for a while.
Speaking about the meeting Mark said,
“It was a real pleasure to meet with Blackwell Parish Council to talk about skills, employment and jobs within the area and how we can work with Bolsover District Council to better understand how to build back better following the pandemic.
I would like to thank all of the councillors who attended for taking the time out of their busy schedule to meet with me”
