Mark Fletcher has today met with County Councillor Christine Dale in Shirebrook to discuss their vision for the Glapwell Bypass.
Mark has worked closely with County Councillors including Cllr Dale since being elected in December 2019 on several infrastructure projects that will help in levelling up the Bolsover Constituency. Mark has also had repeated discussions on a new, joint approach to tackling local issues as part of efforts from all sides at all levels of government to work together to best serve the community.
Mark said
“It was great to meet with Cllr Dale today and to continue discussing our shared aims for Bolsover. I have a real ambition to make real change in Bolsover and a key part of that will be improving our local transport infrastructure as part of efforts to level up the Midlands and the North and it was great to talk to Cllr Dale about our shared interests on this.”
