Mark Fletcher met with Clowne Parish Council to discuss issues and concerns from local councillors.
Last week Mark Fletcher met virtually with Clowne Parish Councillors to discuss working together and local issues.
The meeting was positive, and discussions revolved around key local issues like bus services and access to the greenway, and other ways in which Mark would be able to work with the Parish Council to solve local challenges.
Clowne Parish Council continue to work incredibly hard for residents and have been doing a fantastic job recently, especially over the last 12 months during COVID.
Mark and the Parish Council re-affirmed their commitment to continue working together in the best interests of residents.
Mark commented:
“It’s been great to have a virtual meeting with the Parish Council to see what else we might be able to work on together.
It was useful to come and discuss these problems in more detail and figure out how we might be able to work together on our common agenda.
I’d like to thank Allan Bailey for chairing the meeting and I look forward to working with them more in the future and meeting them again in a few months.”
