On Friday morning I was honoured to spend some time visiting Riding for Smiles at the Coloured Cob Equestrian Centre in Creswell. They are a fabulous charity working with children and people with a mental illness, physical disability or suffering from deprivation, referred for 6 or 12 week programmes where they learn about how to care for ponies as well as learning to ride. Experiencing pony trekking and rides in a wheelchair accessible carriage through the limestone gorges of Creswell Crags. You can read more about their work here -> www.ridingforsmiles.org
