Last week I met with the team at the South Normanton, Berristow Lane, McDonald's. We had a good chat about the pressures facing businesses with the increase in energy costs, difficulties in supply chains, staffing pressures and much more. I was delighted to meet some of the staff, and hear about how the flexibility of the role means they can fit the job around their studies and family life.
