Earlier this week Mark took the time to visit local kombucha microbrewery Cow Barn Kombucha to sample some product.
Mark took some time this week to visit local business Cow Barn Brewery who produce artisan kombucha. Kombucha is a relatively new drink to the UK market and is a type of fermented tea which can be flavoured by fruit and botanicals.
Cow Barn Brewery started to make their own kombucha following a trip to the USA where the drink is more established. Mark had a chance to sample a range of flavours produced by the brewery, including his personal favourite lime and mint.
Mark commented:
"It's brilliant to see Cow Barn Brewery making a success of brewing their own kombucha. I know that things have not been easy for them after just starting production at the start of the year just before lockdown.
Despite these challenges they've kept going and are now selling their products through their website which I would encourage everyone to visit.
I want to thank Cow Barn Brewery for taking the time to invite me and I can't wait to come back and visit them to see their other business - alpaca trekking."
