Mark Fletcher recently visited Capital Refractories’ headquarters in Clowne.
Capital Refractories make high-tech ceramics, including tank tracks and components for the aerospace industry. Their business is the largest refractory company in the UK and they are a global exporter, conducting 75% of their business overseas and employing 500 people worldwide.

I was delighted to hear that they’re running a mental health awareness programme which I’m sure will have a very positive impact on their workforce.
