Mark Fletcher MP meets with local hero 'Joilet Jake Blues' whilst out canvassing
Whilst out canvassing, Mark met with local hero Billy– also known as Joilet Jake Blues. As part of his business, Billy plays uplifting and cheerful songs for those who book his services as well going out of his way to bring a little joy to those who need it, such as those in care homes.
Commenting Mark said,
“It was wonderful to meet Billy out and about whilst leafleting. He is a much loved character who has done so much good for the local community, especially over these difficult last few months, so finally getting to meet him was an absolute pleasure and all the more one since the Blues Brothers is one of my favourite films!”
