On Friday morning Mark met with the local National Farmers Union to discuss local farming and the pressures the industry is under.
Farming has faced a number of challenges over the course of the last few years due to pressures on the agricultural sector.
Mark took some time to speak to the local National Farmers Union to discuss local farming issues and the impact of larger events such as Brexit.
Commenting after the meeting, Mark said:
“It’s been really good to speak to our local National Farming Union about their thoughts and concerns about the agricultural sector.
“Bolsover is a largely rural constituency and farms and agriculture play a large part in our local economy so I’m keen to help out wherever I can”
