Did you see Creswell Crags on last night's BBC Winterwatch?
Jack Baddams visted in December with the incredible Nadeem to see the swathe of resident jackdaws.
You can watch the episode on red button or BBC iPlayer, and if you're keen to skip straight to the beautiful crags then head to 18:10 - BBC iPlayer - Winterwatch - Winterwatch 2023 - Red Button: 1. Winterwatch: Winter Wildlife Encounters
Last February I welcomed the Minister for Arts, Lord Stephen Parkinson to Creswell Crags. They received funding from the Government’s Culture Recovery Fund which has enabled them to expand their offering, improve facilities and attract more visitors from across the globe. We were able to walk along the prehistoric limestone gorge and potential UNESCO world heritage site, and we were thrilled to be able to visit Robin Hood's Cave, and see the largest collection of medieval Witch marks ever found in the UK, alongside some of the oldest verified cave art in the country. I very highly recommend visiting if you haven't been - you can find more information on their website https://www.creswell-crags.org.uk/
