This morning the Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board issued an apology for further delays to the opening of the Bolsover Dental practice.
There have been delays to the contractual and legal agreements that must be in place before the practice can open to the public. There is no date for when this is expected to be resolved but I hope this will happen soon.
I am in communication with the Integrated Care Board and I expect to receive additional information shortly. I only found out about this further delay in the last 24 hours and I continue to push behind the scenes for progress to be made as quickly as possible.
I know it's frustrating and we’ve worked incredibly hard to be in a position where we are one of the few practices to be reopening in the country, so the process is the first-of-its-kind and a little complex. I’m pushing behind the scenes to get this up and running as soon as possible.
